Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a few of the most commonly asked questions about working with a travel advisor. If you don't see your question here, let us know. We would love to talk to you!

As travel advisors, we provide access to a treasure trove of insider knowledge and recommendations — not only from ourselves and personal experiences but also from our global network of travel experts and advisors. We aim to ensure that you have the best experience possible - starting from the planning phase.
When you plan trips yourself, especially for a destination you're never been to, it’s easy to be overwhelmed with too much information. Or worse, you may discover (too late) that the information you relied upon when planning your trip is hopelessly outdated and just plain wrong. Travel professionals know better!
The internet brings all kinds of fantastic information right to our fingertips, but sometimes you still need a professional!
Anytime! Whether you're interested in a one-night staycation in your hometown or a fully planned itinerary to a far-flung destination, we've got you covered.
We can curate a trip from scratch, or help you book a hotel you've already decided on - and everything in between. Plus, we can unlock perks and VIP amenities at hotels, resorts, and cruises around the world.
We just need the basics: where you want to go (and for how long), the occasion, your budget, and what kind of travel you like. We'll get back to you with some initial lodging suggestions (and the perks we can offer). We may even suggest to schedule a call to ensure that we understand all of your needs and preferences. Then we can start planning all of the nitty-gritty details of your trip! Get started here.
We can book most hotels and cruises at no extra cost to you - plus add-on complimentary perks. Hotels and cruises pay travel advisors a commission for each booking (the same as they do on other traditional booking sites.)
For more complicated multi-stop itineraries, there is a planning fee. If this applies to your trip, it will be discussed early in the planning process and be transparently presented.
